On Sunday 2nd October, Jonathan packed his car and headed south as he had been asked to fly a drone in the filming of the new series of Top Gear.
Jonathan met up with the crew at Dunsfold Aerodrome, the home of the Top Gear test track. Jonathan was operating the iMedia360 Inspire Pro drone in support for Extreme Facilities, the company responsible for the high action mini cams and drone cams that you are all familiar with from this award winning show. iMedia360 were asked to help out as Extreme Facilities were working on 2 Top Gear locations at the same time.
We can’t say what car was being tested on the Top Gear Track, you will just have to wait till the new series comes out, but we can tell you that the shoot went very well, the Inspire pro performed like a dream and Jonathan has a permanent smile etched on his face!
